Why Yoga Pod
Our studios use infrared panels that warm your body from the inside out — with medical-grade air filtration keeping the room fresh.
Drop your kids off in our supervised playPOD during select class times and practice without arranging a sitter. No extra cost.
Mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, towels — everything you need is here and clean. Walk in with nothing.
E-RYT-500 instructors, Yoga Alliance faculty, and specialists in prenatal, kundalini, barre, and myofascial release.
Spa-like locker rooms with showers, antimicrobial flooring, and a modern facility. Come before work, practice, shower, go.
One of Tucson's most walkable, upscale plazas — restaurants, shopping, and the Saturday farmers market. Wheelchair accessible, free parking.
Our Story
Lisa and Brian Cutts opened Yoga Pod Tucson after Lisa spent years visiting studios around the world during her corporate career. She kept looking for the same thing: a beautiful, spa-like space where yoga is demystified through exceptional instruction and genuine community. She built it instead.

The place is beautiful and relaxing and the staff is the best. Every teacher brings something unique, and the infrared heat feels completely different from forced-air studios I've been to.
The free childcare is a game changer. I haven't been able to practice regularly since having kids — now I'm there four times a week. My daughter loves playPOD.
I started with the $89 intro month to try hot yoga for the first time. The instructors made me feel welcome from day one. I signed up for unlimited before the month was over.
